I'm Stefano an Independent Advisor here to help you.
First of all check if the driver are still installed, but hidden and of that so, try to Uninstall them and let the System reinstall them automatically:

  1. Press WINDOWS + X
  2. Click on "Device Manager"
  3. Click on "View"
  4. Click on "Show hidden device"
  5. Click on "Bluetooth"
  6. Right click on your bluetooth device
  7. Click on "Uninstall device"
  8. Click on "Detecrts Hardware change" (monitor icon)

    I followed the instructions as per listed above. No Bluetooth device was displayed after hitting View and Show Hidden Devices. My computer is a Lenovo G50-80. I'm not sure if this little gem has Bluetooth capability. Please clarify. Thank you,

    Pretty much all devices have Bluetooth capability. The problem I've noticed is that access to interfacing it is sometimes hidden. I recently solved the headphone problem by right clicking on the speaker icon on the lower toolbar and found "sound settings". From there I accessed "output settings" and clicked on "headphones", they started working immediately. They could have made these things a lot simpler. This is like having to troubleshoot several menus to turn your headlights on. Hope this was helpful.
