I'm Stefano an Independent Advisor here to help you.
First of all check if the driver are still installed, but hidden and of that so, try to Uninstall them and let the System reinstall them automatically:

  1. Press WINDOWS + X
  2. Click on "Device Manager"
  3. Click on "View"
  4. Click on "Show hidden device"
  5. Click on "Bluetooth"
  6. Right click on your bluetooth device
  7. Click on "Uninstall device"
  8. Click on "Detecrts Hardware change" (monitor icon)

    Hi I am currently having this same problem and I did all the steps to find out I don't have the Bluetooth device driver on the list. I have a windows 10 hp laptop please help me

    Actually, all Windows and IOS devices come standard with Blue capability. All you can do is bring it to the shop and let them sort it out. It's frustrating that thousands of updates and patches still leave users stranded who are not tech savvy.

    The only driver I can find on the Net for my Sony is a Windows 8 but this does not work with windows 10 and I cannot find a Windows 10 Bluetooth driver for my Sony VIAO Tap 11, is there a matching driver I can use.?
