Hi RahulKAR & Monika,
I was thinking about calling Microsoft myself, but they want to charge you to work with you. I think getting all this information out to the community is the best way to go. We get to work with people having the same problem, and trying to solve it on our own. I'm just hoping when version 1903 comes out it will resolve some of the problems, but I would still like to find out what's causing this problem, just in case it does happen again. If version 1903 doesn't resolve the problem, I'm afraid that what Manika said about reinstalling Windows 10 may be a last resort. The repair reinstall sure didn't work (2 times!). RahulKAR, I see you were able to install the last update, I sure would like to know what changed on your system, and not on Monika and mine. It really is strange that updates work on some PCs and not others, even on my 2 PCs one works and the other doesn't. The only difference that I can see on my PCs is the the one that works okay was the free update from Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10 Pro during the roll out of Windows 10, the one the fails is a retail version of Windows 10 Pro I purchased when I built my newest PC.
