Hi i just turned my pc from sleep it didnt turn on so i restarted it and now it wont boot it gets to winows logo and stands there nothing happens

I'm going to keep digging on this end. Again, I'm feeling like it's a piece of hardware. I think it'd be a good idea to see if you reach out to the manufacturer to see what they say as well. They may have some insight on this.
Hmmm, so you can get to advanced startup options, are you able to try any others? System Restore?
If no luck, what about system diagnostics (should be an option after tapping esc key on boot up) - I’d run tests on the hard drive, ram, etc. See if any of those are faulty.
Next, Do you have any data on the PC we need to save, or would installing a clean version of Windows be an option?
I do get Windows repair but it freezes also
Ok, do you have win 10 media, or another PC where we can make it?
We can try to boot to it and use startup repair to fix this issue.
We can also try the F keys (esc, f2, f8, etc) the standard keys to try to get to boot up options.
