[DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE][Asus Vivobook S15 S510UN]Constant BSOD Windows 10[version: 1809]

Hi,

I am using Asus Vivobook S15 S510UN running windows 10 1809[OS build:17763.253], I have been facing regular DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE and  VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR BSOD after windows 10 october update. 

I tried different fixes mentioned in forums and even tried to many nvidia drivers from one mentioned in Asus website and also from nvidia website[Using DDU]. But till now i couldn't able to get past BSOD. So i thought sharing here. 

Below you can find last 3 Mini dump file[and one Memory.DMP after latest crash], Msinfo32 and nirsoft driver view details. So any suggestions and solutions can be really helpful.

    No, i bought new laptop and send Asus to hell.

    For those who have this problem, you probably have updated the bios firmware. 308 and 309 are not good. You will need to downgrade to version 301 by putting the file downloaded from the asus site on a USB stick and flashing from bios. First of all you have to deactivate the automatic updates that Windows will unfortunately do for you of the Firmware ---- Firmware of the system in device management, otherwise you will always return to the 309 every reboot.

    Just tested. This solution not working. If you open e.g. HWmonitor and task manager = instantly will get BSOD.

    i installed the following drivers from asus for my model  X542UQ

    1. asus  touchpad driver 12.0.0.27

    2 asus radio driver

    1. intel chipset

    remaining all drivers from intel and nvidia website.

    If i am near to you means i would have solve the bsod problems by modifying or adding exact drivers or softwares.
