[DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE][Asus Vivobook S15 S510UN]Constant BSOD Windows 10[version: 1809]

Hi,

I am using Asus Vivobook S15 S510UN running windows 10 1809[OS build:17763.253], I have been facing regular DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE and  VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR BSOD after windows 10 october update. 

I tried different fixes mentioned in forums and even tried to many nvidia drivers from one mentioned in Asus website and also from nvidia website[Using DDU]. But till now i couldn't able to get past BSOD. So i thought sharing here. 

Below you can find last 3 Mini dump file[and one Memory.DMP after latest crash], Msinfo32 and nirsoft driver view details. So any suggestions and solutions can be really helpful.

    I have been using 1903 since a week and had no blue screen issues. I found threads about this issue saying that it was being caused due to the PhysX software which is installed with the nvidia gpu. 

    So, I upgraded from 1803 to 1903. And shortly after upgrading I got a blue screen. Then I booted into safe mode and uninstalled nvidia driver using DDU and again installed the driver(downloaded from ASUS site). When installing go to custom install and if you see physX there, uncheck it. During my installation the physX option was not there. And since then I have not encountered any BSOD :D

    Hello! Thank you very much for responding, I reinstalled the drivers but this time without installing physX and it was fine for 2 days, but I just turned it on and it has given me 2 blue screens in a row, did it really work for you?

    After installing some games which additionally installed visual C++ and DirectX SDK, I started getting the BSOD again. So I tried using the latest drivers from Nvidia website and it is working fine for me. And I also installed physx software with the latest driver, and it is working fine.

    current driver specs:

    intel uhd 620: 25.20.100.6374(DCH driver)

    mx150:

    441.12 (standard driver)

    (latest from nvidia website)

    install latest Intel driver 26.20.100.7372. 

    dch and nvidia dch 441.12

    i have both.no bsod

    Después de instalar algunos juegos que también instalaron visualmente C ++ y DirectX SDK, comencé a obtener el BSOD nuevamente. Así que intenté usar los últimos controladores del sitio web de Nvidia y está funcionando bien para mí. Y también instalé el software physx con el último controlador, y está funcionando bien.

    especificaciones actuales del controlador:

    Intel uhd 620: 25.20.100.6374 (controlador DCH)

    mx150:

    441.12 (controlador estándar)

    (lo último del sitio web de nvidia)
