Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)
Go to Privacy - Background Apps
From there you should be able to stop the Your Phone App and other Apps form running in the background of Windows 10

I have noticed that … Yourphone.exe … is running all the time.
Can this app be stopped from starting and if so … How do you stop it? ...

Nah, it's just completely useless but Microsoft doesn't let you get rid of it as far as I know.
it is not useless,it allows you to sync your phone for some features

2019-05-23T07:15:59+00:00 What does yourphone do? Besides making the lockapp on the msbook bug constantly - this needs fixing, not being able to disconnect screen due to your software shouldn't be happening!
