Same issue. Your Phone stopped working I believe after the last Windows update.

Does anybody have the same issue since the last update?

(I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro with Android Pie and my desktop is on W10 1903 18362.267)

Same problem here. I had mine working well two days ago and then the thing decided to not work.

Same issue - Your Phone App on Android is stuck on "Check your PC", Your Phone App on Windows is stuck on "Check your phone".

    Pixel 3 - Windows 10 v1903

I've gone through the troubleshooting steps https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4459358/windows-10-your-phone-app-help#ive-tried-everything-but-im-still-stuck

    They do not work either.

    Hi all,

I was all apple until May.  This app is one of the only things at this point keeping me from wanting desperately to go back to apple.  This app worked fine yesterday and today nothing.  I've unstalled reinstalled and followed all the troubleshooting.  NOTHING WORKS.  I am stuck in that infinite loop.  I've been at this for two hours.  I'm glad (?) to see that others are having this issue.  I'll follow so see if anyone is successful in getting it back up and running.

Wow, today I got a message from windows after bootup to finish the connection process.

And my phone is connected again fine.

What the flop is going on here?

Anybody else got their connection restored?

Also, I have to add the only difference today was that my phone was on the charger when this happened. I never tried to restore connection on the charger so you may give it a try if you have a broken connection, too.

I've gone through the process of uninstalling/unlinking everything probably 100 times since moving to Android back in April.  Every few days it completely dies and I'm stuck trying over and over and over and over and over and over and over to get it to work again.

Someone in this development team needs to be fired.  Everyone in this development team needs to be fired.  The inability to do some simple syncing is astounding.  The fact there's some chicken-and-egg scenario with the app versus PC is partly what's killing this stupid thing.

I'm so furious I don't even know what to think.  I've been a developer for 27 years now, if I had 1/10000th of the issues this app has had in the past year of operation, I'd be completely out of business.

MS, if there's a service issue, change your app to NOTIFY US, so we know your system is broken and WE DON'T KEEP TRYING.

MS, there's some damned signal that needs to be sent to the fabric, give us a god damned button so we can resend it.  Uninstalling/reinstalling/getting text messages/unlinking/resetting/etc IS NOT WORKING.

MS, create diagnostic files, SOMETHING we can look at to try and DIAGNOSE **** is wrong with your damned software so we can WORK AROUND IT.

MS, -fire- this development team.  If they can't work this out in a year of being live, they don't deserve the job.

This is precisely why I use Pushbullet and gave up on this product. Unreal and ridiculous.
