You Phone/Companion Connection-Link

hi I want to connect my android device to my hp windows 10 pro using the "You Phone' and " Phone Companion" but there is is know connection even though they are both connected to a WIFI hotspot from another device. My android is stuck in a loop saying " We're checking one more thing on your PC before we ask for a final permission, while my PC stuck on" We need permission to connect and access data onyour phone. Please check your phone and tap allow."

    Thanks, Sergi, but it's still not working :-(

    I'm just going to use the Dell version I think.  I'm not really losing anything by doing that.

    Hello, your post re Pushbullet ws over a year ago and I was wondering how you feel about it now. I have spent several hours attempting to fix the Your Phone and PC synching issue and I happened to see a few posts regarding the issue.  Thank you. Evelyn

    There are suggestions further up this post to rectify the issue. 

    One thing I just realised is that I disconnected a mesh network extender just before the issue resolved itself for me. I wonder if having multiple WiFi points in the house causes the problem
