    Got it working...

    Phone:  Samsung Note 10+

    Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18363.535] (1909)

    ensure the following:

    1)  On android > Settings > search for Notification Access > Notification Access > Find Link to Windows and enable

    2)  Disable Pi-Hole or any tracker blocking software you have

    3)  On Windows reset the Your Phone app in Settings > Apps & Features > Your Phone > Advanced Options > Repair, Also do the Reset.

    4)  On your Android device clear cache and clear data of app in > Settings > Apps > Your Phone Companion, Force Stop > Storage> Clear cache, Clear data

    5)  Uninstall updates and re-enable or Update Your Phone Companion

    6)  Launch Your Phone Companion on Android.  I found this part troublesome as it wasn't showing up in my launcher.  To handle this I installed it from the Google Play Store.  After this it showed up in my Finder app search application.  Once this was running it asked me to sign in to the app.  Take it to the next screen after signing in and then move to your PC.

    7)  Start Your Phone app on Windows 10.  At this point, I was then sent the text notification on my PC.  Nothing to do here other than Accept.

    I hope this helps someone.

This worked for me.  Fixed.  Thank you!

Agree totally. It seems everything Microsoft want to do sounds good in theory, however in practice it's usually ****
