My android is stuck in a loop saying " We're checking one more thing on your PC before we ask for a final permission, while my PC stuck on" We need permission to connect and access data onyour phone. Please check your phone and tap allow."

Thanks, Sergi, but it's still not working :-(

I'm just going to use the Dell version I think.  I'm not really losing anything by doing that.

Now, you've to try again with "your phone", it worked for me. Just after configuring Dell mobile, I was able to finish the wizard of "your phone".

    Good luck.

    Sergi

I was happily using my Galaxy S10+ with "Link to Windows" on the phone and "Your phone" on the PC and it mysteriously stopped working yesterday.  I must have spent 5 or 6 hours, resetting, clearing cache, terminating, unlinking phones etc. but it still gets stuck at 90% where the PC is trying to send the last notification and the phone says "we're checking one more thing on your PC before we ask for a final permission".  Notification settings, battery settings, permissions, shared experiences, microsoft accounts... etc... etc.. - everything is as it should be.  Vert perplexing.

Anyway, Dell mobile connect worked first time so I think I'll just use that.  You need bluetooth which is a shame but at least it works.

I don't have this "Restrict Networks" option under Data usage. I have a Galaxy 10 and there is no such option. Any alternate settings I can change for the same effect?

    Thanks

I managed to fix this issue by starting the setup on my phone first and then opening the companion app on the computer, it seems if you start the process from the PC first, the phone can't receive its prompt for you to allow it to send notifications.

    hope this helps
