slow start up stores settings like this BUT that wont last. it will go away.

The issue has NOT been fixed and there seems to belittle hope that it will be fixed.

Sorry, what is "slow start up"? Brightness changes and this means that some portion of programming code inside Windows determines if power is plugged in and adjusts light according to the settings. I think if MS will not issue special fix to remove this code, it will work further. And MS will definitly not issue a fix to remove smth they do not care at all.

In settings, power, therennis a place to set windows to remember your LAST settings so the computer starts up faster.

Messes ups updates a little but ur pc starts much faster.

However, it doesn't maintain those settings after updates so it doesn't LAST.

Either way, this is a knownnnissue that windows refuses to fix.

I have the same issue. It's annoying and now I can tell it's been a while and Microsoft hasn't fixed it.

I had same problem until I re-installed Intel UHD Graphics card.

Make sure you download and update this driver.

Make sure you updated your windows to latest build 1909

Changing... rolling back... or whaetver to your Intel driver does NOT fix the issue.

    I've tried many times.
