Missing display / toggle for adaptive brightness in windows update 1809

When will be the next update to fix the problem of missing the toggle to turn off the adaptive brightness in windows update 1809? This is a big issue for me in work.  Waiting for your immediate answer. 

I am Using Windows 10 64 bit and currently updated to build 1809 (latest)

Laptop: Acer Swift 3

    OK great, but how can you turn Adaptive Brightness On & Off is 1809 deleted it from your system and Windows NEVER put it back???

    and Yes.. rolling back drivers or doing clean installs does NOT fix that.

    In Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363 this issue still exists. To be clear. The setting toggle is MISSING from the advanced power plan options.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Open Conrol Panel
    2. Select "Hardware and Sound"
    3. Select "Power Options"
    4. Select "Change Plan Settings" next to the currently active power plan.
    5. Select "Change advanced power settings"
    6. In Advanced settings under the Active power plan Click the + to the left of "Display"

    Result: In the expanded menu, the only option available is "Turn off display after"

    Expected: The options should read as follows:

    "Turn off display after"

    "Display brightness"

    "Dimmed display brightness"

    "Enable adaptive brightness"

    Attempted fixes: Changed display adapter settings. Changed adaptive display from command prompt.

    I dont understand your reply....

    I have 1903 latest and Adaptive Brightness was NEVER fixed.

    I have reset the Power Options many times over the past year and that does DOES NOT RESTORE ADAPTIVE BRIGHTNESS.

    I do not understand what you are telling us

    I had the exact same problem, still do, but it turned out that my laptop have a button on the keyboard for enabling and disabling this

    What is hard to understand here? The issue still exists. We are saying the same thing. I am posting a proper bug reproduction method.
