Maybe you can check to see if AMD graphics settings have an adaptive brightness option, it certainly should do. I guess you can try preview windows builds if not.
Missing display / toggle for adaptive brightness in windows update 1809
When will be the next update to fix the problem of missing the toggle to turn off the adaptive brightness in windows update 1809? This is a big issue for me in work. Waiting for your immediate answer.
I am Using Windows 10 64 bit and currently updated to build 1809 (latest)

2020-02-20T00:39:29+00:00 Have you installed the "intel graphics command center" from the windows store? There is an adaptive brightness toggle inside, for battery and plugged in, that's where I found it on mine, even though I have a dedicated 2070 in my laptop, in desktop mode it switches to the intel integrated gpu. Please let me know if this helps anyone.
