Thank You!

And ROLLING back the Intel Driver DOES NOT WORK. Neither does doing a clean install.

THIS FINALLY FIXED IT FOR ME!!!!!

I was able to disable adaptive brightness from cmd and right when I disabled it my screen lit up!!

Open cmd and type this in:

    1. To Disable - On battery:

    powercfg -setdcvalueindex SCHEME_CURRENT 7516b95f-f776-4464-8c53-06167f40cc99 FBD9AA66-9553-4097-BA44-ED6E9D65EAB8 0

    And press enter

    1. To Disable - Plugged in

    powercfg -setacvalueindex SCHEME_CURRENT 7516b95f-f776-4464-8c53-06167f40cc99 FBD9AA66-9553-4097-BA44-ED6E9D65EAB8 0

    1. To apply changes:

    powercfg -SetActive SCHEME_CURRENT

    And press enter!

If you want to toggle back adaptive brightness on, change the the last 0 to 1.
