i have been trying to download sims 4 on my windows 10 lenovo. It says ‘you own this game’ and gives me the option to ‘install on my devices’ however when i click this, it tells me i dont have any applicable devices linked to my microsoft account. I do have a microsoft account and it is linked to my windows 10 laptop. Is this an issue with windows 10? It was very expensive so i therefore expect to get my moneysworth. Do i need am Xbox account? Is that the issue? Very frustrated i just wanted the sims and have discovered that many people have the same issue. Help me microsoft!

Every time I try to purchase an app for my windows 10 laptop, the store says "there are no devices connected." When I go into my account, I have 2 devices connected. There is a glitch in the app store somewhere. It is not recognizing linked devices. Please fix the asap.
ive been trying to get touch vpn on my aptiplex 390 with wondows 8 for a week now. cant seem to get anyone on the phone from microsoft tried that for a day and gave up. im logged into my microsoft acount on the pc and i also have an admin acount but when i try to set up touch vpn it asks for devices and it shows i hve none.it wont let me run it as an admin because it needs the microsoft acount but i cant get the pc on the microsoft acount. please help ive been working on this just over a wekk and made it no where and at this point im done with microsoft.

This is ridiculous. Why should we have to go through hell just to install a game we've paid for? I have been lookin for solutions and I've found that this has been an issue for years and it all involves Microsoft trash store. It's obvious Microsoft doesn't care and is quick to take your money knowing they have no answers or refunds.
