Why is there no "troubleshoot hardware & devices" in 1809 update?

Please note that Hardware and Device troubleshooter was removed from Windows 10 starting from the build version 1809. The Hardware & Devices troubleshooter had the lowest daily usage was usually run in tandem with other troubleshooters, therefore it was determined it was no longer needed and specific troubleshooters should be used instead (i.e. Bluetooth, audio, etc.).

Where you at Microsoft get off on deciding what we users want and NEED?!?!?! Isn't that OUR choice?!?!?

I think that IF any troubleshooters are removed by Microsoft then Microsoft should provided a page that we can go to and download any or ALL missing troubleshooters!!

I am sure that a lot of users would agree with this.

I will comment a second time. 

If my doctor told me " We removed all our emergency rooms from this hospital cause people only come to them once every few years. We instead used the space for child care and theaters which are used all the time." 

If M$ keeps removing stuff on the criteria of "Oh, it's only used once in awhile" then soon we will be totally locked out of manipulating and modifying and repairing our own computers.   OH WAIT!!!  IS THAT THE PURPOSE? 

If people can't fix their computer software, they won't touch it and break it. Then ONLY MICROSOFT can fix it and they can CHARGE US MONEY TO FIX OUR COMPUTER AND WE WILL HAVE TO PAY IT

Maybe that is the plan for the future. Lock us out of any access to our computer and our software, then charge a monthly subscription or service charge to fix things.

I do not like corporate decision making. It is based solely on the profit that the corporate entity can make on that decision.  Truthfulness, honesty, integrity, forthrightness, and obligation are all destroyed in the process.

It's really a ridiculous decision by Microsoft to removed the 'Hardware & Devices' troubleshooter simply because it's not being used very often.  Following their line of thought, we might as well go ahead and remove the fire escapes from buildings or emergency exits from airplanes.  I was actually growing to like W10 before this misstep by Microsoft.

As I can see this can help those knowledgeable if they suspect where the problem is... I don't see this as usefull as a full simplified system diagnosis IE troubleshooter. 

IMO... There should be an all in one go to (without opening a command prompt) that test all hardware, drivers and related applicable software for a quick and efficient fix.

One out of whack driver can have a cascade of effects, with processes that run in tandem.

Not all are computer literate, and TBH, Windows update still has lots of bugs. Even running with top of the line hardware, I've noticed many flaws in Windows 10, throughout it's run. 

For example, 1809 released with major flaws with the dark scheme (and still persist today, although most of the major flaws were fixed, many remained & I have yet checked if issues were fixed with 1903). 

Also, after 1809 update, and running a system check, sure enough files were missing and had to be fetched using DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth followed by sfc/scannow. 

This was before they forced rolled us back and rereleased it.

It seems as though 1903 has thrown a wrench in my drivers, something that would be nice to have a gui with a simple click to do all that I mentioned.

It shouldn't matter, what about all the hidden apps that go unused that are critical for system diagnosis, that can only be accessed by CP/PS? Are they too next on the list to get nixxed? This sounds like a sloppy excuse for removing a all in one hardware checker in replace for a component checker. At that point might as well do a manual check.

I could write a .bat file that can do all of which the OP is searching for and expand upon it's parameters to make it truly a one click solves all... I just don't understand why Microsoft can't do the same and give it some flare with a GUI?!

To be fair, MS does provide the tools needed to fully diagnosis, but more times than not you need to have a good idea where your underlying problem is. If you are unsure, it sounds like Microsoft wants to challenge your computer literacy.
