What is 'sedlauncher.exe' in Windows 10?

Such routins often start when i really least of all want it. Very disturbing, slowing down my tourny-bullet chess (one game in one minute) and can cause me losing the game and miss the first price..

Doesnt Microsoft understand that the users want do decide themselves when such (probably needless) routines shall NOT run

Im happy learning Ubuntu and will  try to completely leave this struggle-world called Windows. Then programmers will listen.

Im 69 years old, during the 80:s an assembler specialist and knew a lot of hardware. I finally found that all this with computers and mobiles, internet and trolls, all of it is a tool for dark forces/money and destroying peoples lifes. First step to release a bit is to leave all Microsoft products. Change the mobile to an iphone to not always be followed by gurgle. Next step is to learn Ubuntu or some other linux variant. and last and best is to leave it all and start the real life in the nature. Forget the whole s-ti found this myself, not listening to the profecys that tell the same.

How can you uninstall a specific update and then prevent it from reinstalling itself under Windows 10???
