What is 'sedlauncher.exe' in Windows 10?

In my country, Sweden, one would have good chance to win a process in "ARN" if showing that the laptop got unusuable. I tried to contact Microsoft about this severeal years ago, with no answer. Nowadays is it possible to buy Win7 cheap, but during time the laptop got worth so little that one also can buy the same type and age for about the same price.

For about five years not usuable laptop.

MicroSoft is stopping support to Win 7 to force user to "upgrade" to Win 10. So it's just plain unlikely that they'll "allow" users to roll back to a fully functional Win 7.

And how truly is this the only one in the alco-programmed menu-system that finally got the name "OP" after many years experimental fusion with the ugly old DOS and making some of it invisible.Anyhow I miss the old times with dos cause it was like a playing tool for kids and me.Even more i miss the time before the kid-dos /ms-dos  (multiple sclerosis dos/ affecting the "nerves" in the machine in wrong way) when we had op:s that where very good but for only four bits systems.Microsoft believes that cause of superfast hardware can the software be made in a random way.Then I and many other cant any more use some small nice laptops (i have four of them) cause the "op"  (menu system) presses them to death.

Windows 7 was ok for those laptops and its long time ago too late to change back.what we need is a CLEANER win10 for our nowadays not usuable laptops.A win 10 without all not necessary struggle and sedlauncher is SURE not the only mad hardwarekiller.Make it as easy to run as Win7 or pay os compensation for killed laptops or the cost for buying win7.

SedLauncher.exe does NOT improve Windows Update, does NOT speed up your computer and does NOT serve a legit purpose. Just like CompatTelRunner.exe and RunTimeBroker.exe, SedLauncher.exe is just yet another SPYWARE which scans your computer, to subsequently use the results in the Windows Store suggestions. All the BS about speeding up your computer and such is merely some lies to cover it all up.
