Slow Internet Speed on Windows 10 1809

Yes indeed!  

Apparently Microsoft no longer wants non-corporate Windows users.

I have not solved the Windows Upgrade problem from 1809 to 1903.  It's been over 4 months.  I had the internet slowness problem starting with version 1803.  

I am thoroughly disgusted with Microsoft at this point.  I have switched half of my systems to Apple iMac.  I plan to change over the other half in the next six months.  Rumor has it that essential features are missing in the new Windows 10 ecosystem.

i am totally disgusted and finished with Microsoft Windows at this point.  It will take a major event to change my mind!  After the most recent management change Window has gone downhill quickly.  

I am moving to Apple technology as fast as I can at this point.  Barring radical revolutionary changes in Microsoft OS in the next six months, I will not need to deal with Windows anymore!

I've had this problem for about 4 months too, I changed 3 motherboards thinking they were broken.

I'm switching to Linux OS, but most of the applications I use have not been released yet for that operating system, I'll have to keep using it anyway...

For the moment, I just think I've lost money...

I recently gave up on Apple by selling my Macbook Air and iPad. Moving to Apple probably won't make you happy, either. I find their software, upgrades, and methodology to often be aggravating. I know Microsoft has its own quirks, but it is better than the Apple platform by light years.

For those of us less tech savvy, how does this help? How do I even find out how to reset network controller? Is this a one-time fix, or something I have to do regularly?

I use Windows 10, Brazilian Portuguese, hope I can help you somehow: Right click on the network icon next to the clock> open network and internet settings> Network and Sharing Center> Change Adapter settings> 2 clicks in your network controller> properties. Will open a new window, click settings/configure, will open another window, select the advanced tab, in the list of items to configure, find speed and duplex, select 100Mbps Full / Half Duplex (test both).

For me it was a one-time fix that completely resolved. I don't need to change anything else, even restarting the computer.

I have a 200 mbps but with the cable goes to 10 mbps while with usb adapter goes normal.

After making the change mentioned in the quote the network card is no longer working...

Please help me!
