This error usually comes up when there is a problem with the store on the Microsoft side. Usually the problem is resolved in a few days, please do not do anything with your phone, router or any other piece of equipment, no resets or reinstallations will make any difference and you may lose apps which are no longer available in the store. The solution can come only from MS and the only thing you can do is wait, no matter how frustrating it is.
Error 805a0193 on WP8.1 devices when downloading/updating apps from the Store - NOW RESOLVED
I recently bought a Nokia Lumina 640 because i want to get some windows phone games for achievents. The first thing i try and download gives me this error.
I have searched and searched and i cant find a definitive answer on what the issue is and how to resolve it. It seems to be some error with my network, but what error? Is it a port thing? What ports does it need?
I did the steps the microsoft website suggests, which were to: manually change my time, manually sync my email, make sure to update my microsoft account, and finally, to reset my phone. None of that worked so i am looking for real answers.

Did you all have an update to your OS recently?
Can you roll back or restore to a previous state?
Is it possible that the apps you downloaded weren't installing because the HASH wasn't correct?
Unfortunately PC knowledge is not directly transferable to mobile phones, even if they run on an OS which shares the same name with the PC OS but is otherwise quite different.
All issues are reported on WP8.1 devices which cannot be upgraded any further and for which support ended over a year ago therefore no updates have been released for them in the last 18 months.
You can roll back to out of the box factory state, however that will make no difference as proven by several users who wasted their time following uninformed random advice spread over the internet.
The issue has absolutely nothing to do with hashes or corrupt downloads. Your initial observation that the problem occurs every now and then over the last few years and is eventually fixed by Microsoft is correct. Everything else just confuses other users unnecessarily.

2018-12-09T22:02:26+00:00 So ultimately you either wait for the problem to be resolved or you simply get a new phone and it's apps. I didn't come up with that answer, others who reported they did get a new phone did answer half of it.
I could have guessed as much when I found that the guy on You Tube who unboxed a 2016 HP Windows Phone and then upgraded it never followed up as he promised. Everyone asked him about it for several months.
But nobody wants to buy a new smartphone every few months, it's a phone, not food or medication etc, just a phone. I understand.
