This error usually comes up when there is a problem with the store on the Microsoft side. Usually the problem is resolved in a few days, please do not do anything with your phone, router or any other piece of equipment, no resets or reinstallations will make any difference and you may lose apps which are no longer available in the store. The solution can come only from MS and the only thing you can do is wait, no matter how frustrating it is.
Error 805a0193 on WP8.1 devices when downloading/updating apps from the Store - NOW RESOLVED
I recently bought a Nokia Lumina 640 because i want to get some windows phone games for achievents. The first thing i try and download gives me this error.
I have searched and searched and i cant find a definitive answer on what the issue is and how to resolve it. It seems to be some error with my network, but what error? Is it a port thing? What ports does it need?
I did the steps the microsoft website suggests, which were to: manually change my time, manually sync my email, make sure to update my microsoft account, and finally, to reset my phone. None of that worked so i am looking for real answers.

2018-12-10T02:06:47+00:00 Seeing that they bought Nokia and probably adapted all of those phones, and that it's not a real OS in the sense of full Windows, you are probably holding more optimism than necessary. Windows Phone's market share was really small, compare it to RCA's CED videodisks perhaps, too little and too late.
However, as the answerer said, this is not a phone issue, and Microsoft techs do get weekends off here. The grief is amazing.

2018-12-10T01:51:02+00:00 It is unfortunate that Microsoft is NOT responsive to resolving this problem in a timely manner. First, I bought an HTC ONE 8 Windows phone that came with Windows 8.1 update 2. Windows Upgrade Advisor displayed "Your Phone is not supported for the upgrade to Windows 10". I bought a Nokia Lumia 929 (New) Windows 8.1 and Microsoft store is not allowing Windows Insider or any apps download. I noticed this problem not over 2 weeks ago as I attempted downloading using HTC ONE 8 mobile phone and with Lumia 929 the problem is still there.
Microsoft entered mobile phone market very late in the first place and they are not providing a superior customer service to retain their handful of mobile phone customers. Verizon, Best Buy and major phone carriers are not selling Windows mobile phones and you can guess why. I have contemplated in switching to other non-windows phone O/S platform because of poor support. The reason I bought
Lumia 929 since HTC ONE 8 is no longer supported is to remain on Windows O/S platform and I now found out that I am unable to access their market space to upgrade to Windows 10 or download other apps is mind bordering and not acceptable. A very poor service indeed from Microsoft.
