Audio problem on Logitech Z Cinema after October Update

Hi,

After installing October Update on Windows 10 volume control is not working (using Logitech Z Cinema speakers through USB).

Driver update, restart explorer, restart Windows Audio service didn't help.

Any suggestion ?

    Hi Veddermandenis,

    Yes, I agree, & have just sent an updated e-mail to Logitech saying that this "unplugging" method is only a partial fix.

    As such, some users like yourself have NOT regained full functionality.

    Stressed to Logitech, that due to this that they should still work with MS to patch fix either W10 V1809, and/or Logitech's own Z System Drivers so that they can work together & give users back the full functionality previously enjoyed by them.

    Please provide some additional information, so that we can assist you better.

    1. Did you make any changes to the computer before this issue occurred?
    2. Do you see any error message when you connect speakers to the computer?
    3. May I know the make and model number of your computer?

    However, I would suggest you to please follow below mentioned steps and see if that works.

                1. Windows + x > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound

                2. Set the current speakers you are using to "Default Device"

                3. Disable all other audio devices.

               4. If possible, re-configure the speakers you are using (using the "Configure" button).

    Hi, Do you have update for that driver problem. I have that problem since the 2 last update as 1809. (2) weeks a go

    I recently found that when I plug the USB cable of my speaker, the video come also slow and the remote volume of my Logitech stay ' no adjustable''. When I disconnect the USB, teh video stream recome normal

    The  main installation is on my  House computer and I have the same problem with my 2 portable IBM Lenovo PC

    The Z cinema Speaker is an expensive speaker and we have to consider to put a rond $ 500.00 CAD, to have the equivalence on the market''

    I have done all driver upgrade and conversation with Logitech and they are not able to give us more infos

    My Z cinema is  S 00002 , witch is suppose to be compatible

    Do Windos have a Patch top sol,ve that problem ?
