- Did you make any changes to the computer before this issue occurred?
- Do you see any error message when you connect speakers to the computer?
- May I know the make and model number of your computer?
However, I would suggest you to please follow below mentioned steps and see if that works.
- Windows + x > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound
- Set the current speakers you are using to "Default Device"
- Disable all other audio devices.
4. If possible, re-configure the speakers you are using (using the "Configure" button).
