Audio problem on Logitech Z Cinema after October Update
Hi,
After installing October Update on Windows 10 volume control is not working (using Logitech Z Cinema speakers through USB).
Driver update, restart explorer, restart Windows Audio service didn't help.
Any suggestion ?
Thanks

2018-10-05T18:33:18+00:00 I have the same problem. Worked fine until the 1809 update. Now the volume control doesn't work. The speakers are at full volume all the time. Reinstalling the Logitech software doesn't help. Followed Harish's suggestions and that didn't work either.

2018-10-04T11:02:57+00:00 Hello David,
Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums. I am glad to assist you on this.
Please provide some additional information, so that we can assist you better.
- Did you make any changes to the computer before this issue occurred?
- Do you see any error message when you connect speakers to the computer?
- May I know the make and model number of your computer?
However, I would suggest you to please follow below mentioned steps and see if that works.
- Windows + x > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound
- Set the current speakers you are using to "Default Device"
- Disable all other audio devices.
4. If possible, re-configure the speakers you are using (using the "Configure" button).
Please do let us know if you need further assistance with Windows, we’ll be glad to assist you.
Hope it helps.
Harish
