Audio problem on Logitech Z Cinema after October Update

Same here. Did the update 1809 today, no USB sound now.

I tried install/uninstall, clean install, name it, nothing works.

I would suggest you to download the driver and restart your computer.

I appreciate the reply but have you at least read through the entire thread? The only available driver from Logitech stopped working correctly after update 1803 no matter what I try and god knows I tried everything described here.

I would suggest you to follow below mentioned method and see if that helps.

Method : Check the services in the background.

1. Go to Search, type ‘Services.msc’, and go to Services.
2. Find Windows Audio, right click on it, and go to Properties.
3. Make sure that Startup type is set to Automatic.
4. Click on Stop, and wait for the process to stop.
5. Now, click to start once again.
6. Restart your computer, and check if the issue is resolved.

I am having the same issue. I tried everything even installing several different drivers from Logitech. I hope there is a fix soon for this issue I love my Logitech z Cinema Speakers.

I have the same problem. Worked fine until the 1809 update. Now the volume control doesn't work. The speakers are at full volume all the time. Reinstalling the Logitech software doesn't help. Followed Harish's suggestions and that didn't work either.
