Unable to update Windows 10 to v1809. Freezing at boot after reboot.

I am not being able to update my windows 10 device. After all the update files downloaded, I restarted the system (2 times). But it freezes at a boot screen like the image. It doesn't boot up. Even the keyboard isn't working at this time. And after I force shutdown using button and restart again, it takes too long to restart. And everything is back to normal like previous.

Am I doing something wrong here? Is it only me facing this issue?

How to solve this or update my system? Someone, please help me.

PC specs:

RAM 32 GB

Graphics: NVIDIA 970

CPU: Intel(R) core(TM) i7-5820K @3.30GHz 3.30GHz

64 bit

I've installed a UXtheme patcher and a theme. If its the problem here.

I had two more notebooks are IBM ThinkPad X60 and Lenovo Z40-70.  The IBM ThinkPad X60 had a problem to upgrade that had a blue screen at the middle of upgrade at first try.  I disabled to use the latest modules download that was recommended.  The IBM ThinkPad X60 was able to upgrade to 1809.  Then, the IBM ThinkPad X60 suddenly Hibernation mode within 3 min even though my power setting does not use hibernation mode when it is plugged in a power.  I used Advanced of Power setting to set non hibernation mode with non battery mode and reboot a machine.  Then, X60 works fine as same as before.   Lenovo Z40-70 was able to upgrade to 1809 and works fine.

Note that I have a dual boot setup and CPU virtualization activated.

I used the Media creation tool to try to update my computer to 1809, it killed  my computer! It got stuck in a blank screen. Microsoft is having serious issue with this update 1809.  They better figure out what is  the problem before telling people to update.   Very unreliable operating system!

It seems to be solved with me.

Power management was on "high performance" and I turned off "fast boot".

Had first done an update with media creation tool but kept stuck at windows emblem.

So search further, and it goes well now at a cold start pffff ......

    update22-01

After hibernation again problems, PC froze again even after reboot, after another restart, everything again okay.

So there is still something that is really wrong.

I will not use sleep mode .....
