Unable to update Windows 10 to v1809. Freezing at boot after reboot.

I am not being able to update my windows 10 device. After all the update files downloaded, I restarted the system (2 times). But it freezes at a boot screen like the image. It doesn't boot up. Even the keyboard isn't working at this time. And after I force shutdown using button and restart again, it takes too long to restart. And everything is back to normal like previous.

Am I doing something wrong here? Is it only me facing this issue?

How to solve this or update my system? Someone, please help me.

PC specs:

RAM 32 GB

Graphics: NVIDIA 970

CPU: Intel(R) core(TM) i7-5820K @3.30GHz 3.30GHz

64 bit

I've installed a UXtheme patcher and a theme. If its the problem here.

Does Microsoft have any plans to work with partners like MSI to fix the 1809 and x99 compatibility issues and if so, what's the timeline?

In the meantime, is there a MS-supported method of creating install media for pre 1809 versions of windows (i.e. 1803) so those of us with affected boards can at least get Windows working again?

A New potential bios, but it crashes/bricks for me after turning on the pc (and not having used it for a while). I generally have that problem With every bios after M.7, so im currently on M.7.

I received a new beta BIOS for MSI X99S MPOWER board this morning (version M.D) and can now install 1809 without any problems with overclocking and all CPU features enabled. So I guess, it will be only a matter of days before MSI releases new BIOSes for all their X99 boards.

Finally I can use the full power of my 2080 RTX.

So far my system is as stable as with 1803 and the previous BIOS. Just tried 3dmark Time Spy Extreme and other CPU stress tests, no problem.
