I am not being able to update my windows 10 device. After all the update files downloaded, I restarted the system (2 times). But it freezes at a boot screen like the image. It doesn't boot up. Even the keyboard isn't working at this time. And after I force shutdown using button and restart again, it takes too long to restart. And everything is back to normal like previous.
Am I doing something wrong here? Is it only me facing this issue?
How to solve this or update my system? Someone, please help me.
PC specs:

I've installed a UXtheme patcher and a theme. If its the problem here.

Freezes with any OC, even my previous stable OC's or the OC genie stuff so no overclocking on it. Won't attempt again without an official bios update from MSI.
It will still occasionally pause, but loads on reboot so there probably still a bit more. Trying to get my OC back now and not having any luck but it does boot fine on stock settings.
Excellent write-up! I'll give this a shot and see if this works.
You did the troubleshooting for MSI! Hopefully they release a new BIOS with updated microcode?
So I got it to work!
Looks to be an MSI microcode issue.
I took the latest bios for my board and used a tootl called UBU to read the microcode in the bios. Found the CPUID 306F1 was in an old revision:

I updated it based on the instructions here:

I ONLY updated the microcode, nothing else.
Now it boots every time with everything enabled for the CPU

I have 2 bios selections on my MB so it made it easy to test this.
