Hi Paul,
I tired the second solution but I keep getting the following error:
Error: 2
Unable to access the image.
Make sure that the inage path and the Windows directory for the inage exist anf you have Read permissions on the folder.

Hi,
I have 8 HP prodesk 400 g3. On two of them the solution with removing driver through dism command was good but on the other 6 computers the command could not find the driver. Also there is no sys file in drivers related to hpqkbfilter. All of them have the same setup.
I am lost at all...
I have the same problem .. Damned .. I have deleted the file but it still doesnt work... I cant use my computer 😭😭😭 and now it worst i cant go on the desktop for delete the update or something else...and I have an asus...
PaulSey has updated his post on this thread. Did you notice? He's linked two new Microsoft articles on this. The second one shows how to use the DISM command to remove the keyboard driver instead of renaming the file. You should check it out and try that. He updated the post yesterday.
