That is impossible ‘destiny033’ there is nothing wrong with the 1809 update and/or it doesn't cause those sorts of issues! You must have some serious virus problems and/or account issues, I would do a clean install of all systems. Do not do a ‘restore’ go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10 and ‘Create Windows 10 installation media’ on a USB drive and install windows that way. Yiour computer(s) must be infected and/or corrupted by some sort of a virus. Hope this help, cheers

Yes and I have already corrected that mistake once Jim Wynne notified me of it and I could think of no reason why you felt it necessary to comment unless you just don't read all the posts in the thread.

I thanked Jim and apologized to Sumit and so what it had to do with you I wouldn't know.

Anyway, I don't even understand why Microsoft pulled the update since insofar as I and many others could confirm there was no data loss on OUR computers. But we were not using OneDrive, Storage Sense, or the Automatic Deletion of files and folders that had not been accessed over a certain period of time. That is pretty obviously where the problem is stemming from and has nothing to do with the Update as such,

As I said previously...you couldn't PAY me to roll back to Windows 10 version 1803.

    Hi...!

Yes, there is an error. I already updated version 1809 - Window Home, and just know this information....!

All documents in download folder lost. And now, it auto lost (all documents) after one day I kept in this folder, even new documents just downloaded from internet.

But I could not restore back previous window version, could you kindly help guide how to fix this.

    Thanks

    Regards,

    Giap
