once again I ask Does anyone have the lawsuit contact information?

Two computers down from Microsft and really tired of their, please be on hold, oh look lets hang up and have you call back, and please let us call you back in 4 days attitudes.   The put off deploy does nothing but make people angry.

I have been put off by Microsoft for 4 days now and hung up on 6 times, and am on day four with no computer and issue can not be resolved by any suggestions on the internet or suggestions that Windows offered.

This computer is almost new that crashed, and this is the second computer that Windows updates had crashed.

They send the calls to other countries, I have yet to have someone who spoke English.  It is not only hard to understand these people they have connected me to, but they are of no knowledge as to helping.

Seriously, Microsoft should have a severe lawsuit that will kick them in their tails and really make them stand up an straighten out al the issues they have caused people.

You can still download the ISO file of 1803 from Microsoft download page.  As far as contacting them, try their main local number in Redmond, not the 800 #

lost files-----------------HAHA   I lost my entire computer!  It appears that it gave me three codes, 1) critical process error, Stop Store exception, and one that was over not enough memory.

THEN it gave the blue screen of death and NOTHING that Microsoft suggested worked, NOTHING on web worked.

Finally windows claimed it was the manufactor and I should contact them!

NO this up date apparently was a two part massive hit which in the end kills your computer.

My issues began on the update before Windows update on Oct third.  MY computer crashed on Oct 3.  Most likely after the second half of the update hit it.

SO in my estimation I LOST my entire file system!  I also had two files appear before it had crashed.

    Jo

I can't stress it enough to everyone I talk to, make backup copies of your data to other drives, you can also take Windows 7 backup and restore, which is built in to Windows10  located in the Control Panel and create a system image of your boot drive. If all is lost, you still have your data. I've been an I.T. Tech for 27 years and the first thing they teach and preach is backups backups backups

Hi - the place you found your files in, is the standard place for Documents for at least a few versions (C:\users\USERNAME\Documents). Guess the upgrade moved them from C:\Documents for you.   So this isn't the big issue everyone is querying. Rgds.
