2018-10-10T14:48:01+00:00 Thank you khalzz.. They are all pretty new laptops except one desktop and they are in different homes. All saying either that settings are being ran by insider program or our organization. Which we belong to neither. Some will say fix me on insiders program one day and than the next its gone but some settings changed and messing up brand new laptops with some of the windows downloads ( example mouse on a asus ) So far I was sucessful doing factory reset on one and two lost operating system one was only 12 hours old. I had to redownload security on three of them and it was mcafee.. I supposedly talked to microsoft 3 times but now i wonder. Talked to network provider of 2 laptops at one residence and they asked if we had one acting as a server and said lots of traffic. He suggested a whole new network box which would give a new ip but if someone has some how connected to them all which seems to be the issue otherwise its all the insider program causing issues which also seems to be a possiblity. To be honest at this point we are ready to just shut down all of them. Its been that much of a headache. The times i did talk to microsoft I question if it was them although i went by the virtual help app and they called me back the number they called from when i searched it said scam number. Also a few other issues which made me wonder about malware overlays on some of the things we connect too. Not getting much help so far on either end via the virus company or microsoft so .. .. might have to get outside help in to help us. I did talk to a tech and he was scratching his head also about the fix me insider program setting and the admin rights being ran by organization or insider program. Had a few weird connections that came from MIT and said it was a direct ip to the vice president there also. Found that one weird too. Any suggestions would be appreciated. thank you.

2018-10-10T14:35:13+00:00 Thank you so much todd for informing me of this . I was thinking this was the issue. But my other issue is that i have 7 laptops in 3 different places that i set up. Two for my daughters and one for my dad. And than my own. All have seem to have been linked some how and are getting insider program updates even though they have different emails. Also seem to be losing admin rights and firewall security.. It will fix itself or a day or two and than bang it does something else weird. I have had to redownload firewall/ virus security on two of them. Also i am thinking there is fake pop ups . I talked to microsoft 3 times and when i searched the number that called me back it said it was a scam number. All three times i got different info on this insider program issues. One guy said the one email was attached to insiders and the other guy said no that they were not and to call back when i got my new laptop or my one that blew up fixed by hp. One wanted to charge me for help and the other one did not. Just really weird things going on and I wonder if some how this insider update ( which none of us joined but one email was hacked a long time ago so who knows what happened then ) seems to have left some security holes and is doing same issues across all these laptops in two different countries and at 3 different residents that I admin for family. Just a real head shaker especially when most of them are new and now we lost 3 and had to send two back and repurchase one. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue would be appreciated or how to get some help that is REAL and not some malware pop up. AGAin thanks for your time.

2018-10-10T12:38:03+00:00 Every HP Prodesk desktop that has downloaded this patch has Failed on reboot. The stop error references Windows Driver Framework. Its unrecoverable, even if you have a restore point or a restore CD. Only solution so far is to reload windows.
