After Windows 10 version 1809 update Build 17763.1, my Backup and Recovery now shows error 0x80070013 and will not backup as before

Did October 2 update to win 10 ver 1809 and now my backup and restore will not backup, keep getting Error 0x80070013.

    Thankyou for your response.

    I can confirm that my failing laptop situation is the same.as your report.

    I have just retested and results are:

    Choose Folders selected >>97% completed >> Fail 0x80070013

    Choose Folders deselected >>Completes Successfully.

    I tried again tonight by making my own selection. 

    All users ticked.

    C: drive ticked

    D: drive recovery ticked.

    Alas this did not work either. still getting error 0x8007013 after 97% 

    Any simple solution ?

    Hi RWB-1976,

    1: OriSag and my 0x80070013 problem was NOT the settings you quote.

    2: OriSag and I resolved our 0x80070013 problem by setting

    2.1. this:

    to 

    2.2. this:

    in Microsoft OneDrive.

    Many thanks for your help.

    I've tried the old way to a brand new external disk - 0X80070013 again.

    I hope Microsoft resolve the problem with OneDrive soonest.

    ( I did try a System image to my old external hard disk but that failed after completing the backup of the RECOVERY Disk after 98% of the total backup).

    I'll try your version of effectively switching off OneDrive when I get a chance.

    How are you starting the system image - somehow in File History (which I've never done) - or this way...?...

    "START, Settings, Update & Security, Backup, Go to Backup & Restore (Win 7), Create a system image".
