It is strongly recommended that you use File History to either back up or restore your files, but you can still create a system image, if you wish, by using this command while running Command Prompt or Windows PowerShell as an administrator:
WBADMIN START BACKUP -backuptarget:e: -include:c: -allcritical -quiet
For example,e E: may be your external hard drive. To run File History, press WINDOWS LOGO + R, type control /name Microsoft.filehistory and press ENTER.
