My epson perfection v700 scanner (that allows me to scan photos, negatives, documents, etc.) and that I paid over $800 for) stopped working with teh latest update two days ago. I've downloaded a new driver and other software from Epson and it doesn't work. Can I uninstall this update? I like my scanner a whole lot more than I like Windows.

You are a MORON!  It's a scanner, and no one is talking about network scanning!   Go back to your cave.

Epson has decided their customers aren't worth bothering with. I'm an IT tech. I spent two hours trying to get one of their scanners to install (far more knowledge than the average person).

I had them return it for a HP.

Never buying Epson again & going further to recount my many fails at installing Epson scanners. No more Epson. They don't give a sh*t.

Good on ya, Epson. Lost a LOT of good will & clients. D*ckheads.

Got a wf-4740 Epson and they blew me off to Microsoft as well, I am crippled with windows 10 and the support sucked, they read solutions from the internet I think like Garmin I am done with them a Very good company, I sold many of there products but they are now all defective and up-supported.

Thank you very much for taking the time to respond to my post.

I am stuck with this scanner for now; not happy but hopefully a solution will come at some point.

    Have a good day.
