is their any new on this issue? I want to have Salesforce.com notifications for a Live chat in chrome Browser in notification center.It works on my own PC, but not my friend in the same office with the same settings!

With the most recent update to Google Chrome, push notifications are now in the Action Center. This would be fine, if clicking said push notifications actually opened the page referred to IN the notification (example would be YouTube video notifications for subscribed channels). Instead, it just makes the notification disappear. How can this be fixed? At it is, seeing a notification for something and then having to go manually search for the item is beyond useless, and defeats the entire purpose of a push notification. Thanks for any assistance provided in advance!

2019-01-23T18:12:12+00:00 I have the same problem. I have also noticed that this problem is not 100% among all push notifications. Occasionally there are some that I can click on and they will open.

2019-01-14T09:54:12+00:00 It happens to me too. Whenever I click on a notification it just simply disappears without chrome responding to it. I also noticed that if you are signed into your chrome browser with your E-Mail ID and if you just clicked on one of the notifications and then opened the chrome browser, the chrome browser will ask you to sign in again into the browser itself on launch.

I get my notification from twitter and only the first one opens on chrome.
The rest just vanish from the notification pane.

2019-01-05T18:35:41+00:00 I noticed this issue a couple of weeks ago when attempting to launch chrome notifications to various sites from the Action Center. The notification simply disappears and nothing is launched. I disabled all ESET Internet Security rules to troubleshoot but the problem persists. There have been multiple Windows 10 updates since this post was created and it's perplexing that a resolution has not been identified.
