Google Chrome Notifications in Windows Action Center Won't Load Pages When Clicked

With the most recent update to Google Chrome, push notifications are now in the Action Center.  This would be fine, if clicking said push notifications actually opened the page referred to IN the notification (example would be YouTube video notifications for subscribed channels).  Instead, it just makes the notification disappear.  How can this be fixed?  At it is, seeing a notification for something and then having to go manually search for the item is beyond useless, and defeats the entire purpose of a push notification.  Thanks for any assistance provided in advance!

    For me, most notifications work now, but some don't, mostly YouTube notifications, funny that after all this time, Google still didn't solve the issue entirely, looks like they're interested in other projects, like Android, for me, I can just live with it.

    This problem still occurs for me, on Windows 10 18362.356 and Chrome 77.0.3865.90

    This issue has been fixed. Windows 10 had a series of updates where the computer would reboot 3-4 times after each update. Then I noticed the notifications on Chrome started working again. Thankyou everyone

    It seems that this has been fixed in Chrome 76 which has been released today (7/30). I couldn't find any proof in a list of changes included in the release, but it started working for me now.

    No it hasn't, we're still waiting for Google to release an update that will make notifications work correctly in Chrome.
