Google Chrome Notifications in Windows Action Center Won't Load Pages When Clicked

With the most recent update to Google Chrome, push notifications are now in the Action Center.  This would be fine, if clicking said push notifications actually opened the page referred to IN the notification (example would be YouTube video notifications for subscribed channels).  Instead, it just makes the notification disappear.  How can this be fixed?  At it is, seeing a notification for something and then having to go manually search for the item is beyond useless, and defeats the entire purpose of a push notification.  Thanks for any assistance provided in advance!

    I have Windows 1903 (Build 18362.175), but issue still persists.

    If you have more than one notification for a single web site, all except the last one are not clickable and click only dismisses it. The last one works fine.

    This will show notifications in the Chrome window and not the windows notifications center, that's how notifications in Chrome used to work before moving them to the notifications center.

    Bumping this, because the fact this behaviour is yet to be fixed is an absolute joke. I've switched to Chrome's native (arguably better too) notification's. Unfortunately, there's no notification history with this option. Chrome used to have notification history in the form of a bell in the system tray and it was most useful for re-enabling crashed extensions but of course, in typical Google fashion, they removed it.

    I commented here a long time ago and disabled all notifications due to issues of not being able to click or notifications just hanging on my screen requiring an action close it. And still June 30th 2019 and the problem is still here. Come on Microsoft take your finger out of your **** and sort this out. You was happy enough to take my money. Fix it or we will be moving to another OS. Microsoft, You are not alone anymore. Keep treating your users like this and your days really are numbered. better operating systems out there by far and free!!!!  Give your heads a wiggle and wake up and smell the coffee. it's not 1996 anymore.
