This is terrible advice. You can download Win 10 installer for free online from another computer, but yea go waste $50 on ebay. I am sorry if you really have to wipe and reinstall but you probably just got a bad machine. Apple computers also have their share of issues. As an IT professional who has deployed thousands, possibly tens of thousands of Windows machines, I have only seen this error once and didn't need to do a full wipe. What happened to you was a fluke and not the norm.
I am buying the windows 10 disk on ebay ...$50....the only way to do is to totally erase the system and start from 0 MS does not offer a fix.. so have to erase all and start over.... buy an Apple next time
This happened to me after an update , i unplugged my lan cable and restarted the computer and in the login screen i signed into my wi-fi and when i wrote my password , i fully signed in , try that before you do any of the complicated things everyone else is telling you to do.
