how to fix Sihost.exe-systems warning hard error not known windows 10

hello does anyone know how to fix Sihost.exe- systems warning  hard error unknown in windows 10 I can not open pc other than safe command prompts but tend to use safe command prompt or command prompt due to other seem to lock up

happen when downloading sound driver update

    this finally fixed it after hours of failure. I got the October update and it took 3 hours, but now all is OK

    I could not previously download and install the update, but this link worked immediately... well 3 hours to do, but DONE!!!

    Weirdly, this is resolved by stopping three services:

    1. Windows Error Reporting Service
    2. Problem reports and solutions
    3. Shell Hardware detection

    If you can't bypass the black flashing screen, then:

    CTRL-ALT-DEL. That will bring up the task manager. From here on you will need patience, as you must use those milli-seconds when the tabs are active between flashing to get the Services Tab up. 

    Once you have that up, click on the column header to arrange the list alphabetically. (the screen will still flash madly).

    Use arrow key to scroll until you find Windows error Reporting (if you have not had a fit by now due to the flashing)

    IMPORTANT: right-click on the status of this service and try to disable it (you could stop it, but after a few seconds the flashing will start again.

    If you succeed here, the flashing will stop and you can then proceed to DISABLE Problem Report service too.

    While you have a stable system, stop and disable Shell Hardware Detection. That should eliminate the SiHost error.

    Tried that and it would not install. I guess you did and got it to work. good for you.. suggest that to everyone and they will come to you for advise. And I am not a tech guy and do not sell my services. Just trying to save people hours of wasted time.

    I have error 50 with the second line to restore health. My issues started yesterday during Windows 10 update. 

    correct your script  "../cleaup-image /restorehealth"   --->> "../cleanup-image /restorehealth"

    your text script "cleaup-image"  --->>  minus alphabet "N"
