Windows 10 Taskbar bug presented in 1709, worst on 1803 upgrade
Hello, my issue is, when after i close any game or any fullscreen application my taskbar icons (close to the clock) it becomes blurry and some disappear...
It should look like this...
After i close a game it turns into blurry icons and some disappear, at this stage is there other bug, it not let me take any PrintScreen, when i try to send the picture to the Paint it becomes a black picture, cant take any desktop picture or fix the blurry icon, unless i reboot computer...
Differences between upgrades:
1709 the issue is almost the same, but its only on the blurry icons.
1803 there are 3 issues, the blurry icons, a few disappear and cant take desktop PrintScreen
I hope you Devs can tell something about it...
PS: This is not important since the update is not released yet, but there is other issue that i find in 1803 with AMD driver, the latest 18.3.4 the system wount boot, it stays stuck on Windows logo, 18.3.3 and older updates works like a charm
PS2: The issue is not on my end, the issue is presented on 7 machines with random hardwares.
OS: Windows 10 x64 Pro
C: NOX HUMMER FullTower

2018-05-25T16:40:30+00:00 On AMD whatever driver is used, the issue is still there, (if you can even use them, when are not broken, like 18.4.1 or 18.5.1) even if the driver is not installed RX580 GPU
On Nvidia is the same... GTX 1070 GPU
On 14 machines the issue is there and is the same, so is not hardware or firmware related
All OS´s are Up-to-date.

2018-05-26T00:07:59+00:00 Just an update, that GPU/driver may be a factor in this. I have a new Dell OptiPlex 7050 with integrated Intel HD 630 graphics at my house, which I'm configuring for a friend. I have it connected to the same UHD display that my "problem" PC uses (just moved the DP cable to this new PC), and so far I have not been able to reproduce the problem, on Windows 10 1803 17134.81.
Perhaps it has something to do with the quantity of system tray icons, or which ones, so I'll continue to poke at it.
Update: I was able to reproduce the problem on this PC, after playing Super Mega Baseball at 1920x1080.
Here is the "after" system tray screenshot:
