Windows 10 Taskbar bug presented in 1709, worst on 1803 upgrade

Hello, my issue is, when after i close any game or any fullscreen application my taskbar icons (close to the clock) it becomes blurry and some disappear...

It should look like this...

After i close a game it turns into blurry icons and some disappear, at this stage is there other bug, it not let me take any PrintScreen, when i try to send the picture to the Paint it becomes a black picture, cant take any desktop picture or fix the blurry icon, unless i reboot computer...

Differences between upgrades:

1709 the issue is almost the same, but its only on the blurry icons.

1803 there are 3 issues, the blurry icons, a few disappear and cant take desktop PrintScreen

I hope you Devs can tell something about it...

PS: This is not important since the update is not released yet, but there is other issue that i find in 1803 with AMD driver, the latest 18.3.4 the system wount boot, it stays stuck on Windows logo, 18.3.3 and older updates works like a charm

PS2: The issue is not on my end, the issue is presented on 7 machines with random hardwares.

OS: Windows 10 x64 Pro

C: NOX HUMMER FullTower

PS: Corsair TX 850w

HS: Thermaltake ProWater 850i

CPU: AMD FX8350 x8 4Ghz

GPU: MSI AMD Radeon RX580 Gaming X+ 8Gb GDDR5

RAM: Kingston (16Gb) 2x8Gb HyperX Fury DDR3 (1866)

MB: MSI 970 Gaming 

SSD: Toshiba Q300

D: LG ULTRA HD 4K TV 43UH610V

    Thank you for the update. As of the moment, we'll definitely have to stick for the workaround I mentioned previously. One thing is for certain though, our engineers are working on a fix about the what everyone is experiencing. Like the usual, I'll be updating everyone on this thread for any advancement about this concern.

    I appreciate everyone's help and inputs about this matter.

    i have the same issue. and I think not only taskbar icon buggy after we run some games, but also when u wanna go to the task view, the windows 10 totally HANGED. and no other choice I had to do a force shut down. just to the point the windows 10 version 1803 is not too stable as we think. recently hang, windows taskbar icons always blurry and buggy, and I don't know what will windows 10 gonna be. maybe better or maybe not. for me the most stable windows 10 is the windows 10 version 1703. 1709 we start to experience the buggy taskbar icon but not worse as the version 1803. so I really hope that windows developer could fix the software algorithm and make it better than all other version of windows 10. I NEED A PROVE THAT THE LATEST VERSION OF WINDOWS 10 IS MORE POWERFUL THAN THE OTHER VERSION AND MORE POWERFUL THAN THE OTHER PC OS.

    By now I'm used to it, when this problem happens to me, having a 4k screen with a resolution of 125 (recommended) to 300 and then a back-up to 125 and the type is solved in part...

    same here. used to this. Also have a 4k screen and have to change the scale to anything higher and then back and its back to normal.

    I have tested and am able to confirm that it isn't limited to 4k screens. I was able to replicate on a 1080 screen on 125% switching down to 720 then back to 1080. The machine I tested this on was an intel i7-7700 with nvidia 1050 graphics.

    The grouped task bar buttons ended up misshapen and below the start menu making them unaccessible.

    So both my machines are affected no simular hardware or software. Only thing in common is intel chip  (different gens) and windows 10.
