Hello, my issue is, when after i close any game or any fullscreen application my taskbar icons (close to the clock) it becomes blurry and some disappear...

It should look like this...

After i close a game it turns into blurry icons and some disappear, at this stage is there other bug, it not let me take any PrintScreen, when i try to send the picture to the Paint it becomes a black picture, cant take any desktop picture or fix the blurry icon, unless i reboot computer...

Differences between upgrades:

1709 the issue is almost the same, but its only on the blurry icons.

1803 there are 3 issues, the blurry icons, a few disappear and cant take desktop PrintScreen

I hope you Devs can tell something about it...

PS: This is not important since the update is not released yet, but there is other issue that i find in 1803 with AMD driver, the latest 18.3.4 the system wount boot, it stays stuck on Windows logo, 18.3.3 and older updates works like a charm

PS2: The issue is not on my end, the issue is presented on 7 machines with random hardwares.

Run the troubleshooter for windows updates. Make sure you're on Windows 1809, OS build 17763 I think. Pretty sure you're behind on an update or something.

Unfortunately OS build 17763.55 doesnt solved that issue. Origin, LG SmartShare, ASUS SysTray, Logitech G SysTray, MSI Mystic Light, Epic Games Client, Steam Client icons are blurry yet after exiting from the game. :(

Oh wow yeah I guess you're going to have to wait it out a bit. Looks like Microsoft put a hold on 1809 until further notice according to this article...

    Microsoft Pulls October 1809 update

The details are at Updated version of Windows 10 October 2018 Update released to Windows Insiders.

The short version is, when users had custom "Known Folder Redirection" for user profile folders like Documents, Desktop, Pictures, etc., and there were still files in the original locations (c:\users\username...), those got deleted.  It was a requested feature, not a bug (to clean up folders that really shouldn't exist), but too aggressive in the implementation.

I've also seen reports of the IPv6 Edge/UWP problem, although Microsoft's stance on that still seems to be "never disable IPv6" from Guidance for configuring IPv6 in Windows for advanced users. Still, there really should be a clear message or error code that leads back to that, but that's another subject.
