    Download manual : 2018-05 Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4103727)

    and Install at your pc's, this solution solve in my Laptop..

    Got tired of trying to fix this.  Updated to version 1803.  Problems all solved.  Don't know if you can, but it worked for me.  Only downside: in typical Microsoft fashion, the update to 1803 took a total of almost 2.5 hours.

    I can not seem to break out of the loop., I have tried to get the 1803 update, but sends me back to the existing version 1709. In settings update the KB4103727 keeps telling me (awaiting restart). I have gone off line and uninstalled and it re installs with 2 others (adobe flash and KB4134661 saying I need a restart).

    Broke out of my update loop by doing the upgrade to v.1803 of Windows 10. Took several hours, but no issues afterwards.

    I tried that. It made no difference, so I restored everything from the recycle bin, for fear that I would cause a further problem.

    In my case KB4103727 appears to download and start installing, updates say I need a restart but it never happens. When I click on the button to turn off, it says "Update and turn off/retsart". KB4103729 also says it requires a restart, but maybe it's queued behind the other one.
