Update Error 0x800706be for KB4103727

Andres - have you tried what others have posted (skip the Microsoft nonsense)?  I suspect a complete re-install would be massive overkill - sort of like trading your car instead of fixing it - silly.

The update hang is very inconsistent - one suggestion works for some but won't work for others.  Scroll up to find my name (last post with details).  In my research, I had already concluded that a re-install has bat crap crazy and an intellectually lazy suggestion.  But I documented above that one idea was just to skip the troublesome update altogether.  This seemed reasonable to me, and it proved to be straightforward to complete.  Try it.

I contacted Dell, and after them going through everything I did, they reset my laptop to factory settings. When I booted it back up and downloaded everything again, it downloaded the file. Just backup your computer and reset it to factory.

I have the same problem, and windows reboot randomly. I am sick of it. please need help

where did you navigate on the MS site to be able to download a fresh ISO of the current build? All i can find is how to create backup media.
