I had the exact same problem on an Asus gaming laptop. I went into the device manager, disabled the driver, restarted, then went back into device manager and enabled and it worked immediately. Didnt have to go through bios. Good luck.
Windows 10 automatic update caused intel ac 9560 code 10 error
So my laptop was working fine, then suddenly the internet cut off, since then I can't connect to wifi.
I found out that there is no wifi option in the network settings.
After that, I also found out that intel wireless AC- 9560 encountered a code 10 error in device manager.
I checked windows uodupd and it said that there was an update installed today. I tried uninstalling that, and the wifi wifi is still broken.

2019-10-04T16:48:01+00:00 Hi guys, in my case (Asus UX480F) BT and WIFI gave this error after the update and even a fresh install of windows didn't help... Really frustrated, tried updating bios, reset the defaults in the bios, multiple versions of the driver. It seems the BT and WIFI adapters are off and the windows cannot turn them on - they are there, drivers are installed but code 10 … Any suggestions would be much appreciated
