So my laptop was working fine, then suddenly the internet cut off, since then I can't connect to wifi.

I found out that there is no wifi option in the network settings.

After that, I also found out that intel wireless AC- 9560 encountered a code 10 error in device manager.

I checked windows uodupd and it said that there was an update installed today. I tried uninstalling that, and the wifi wifi is still broken.

I had the exact same problem on an Asus gaming laptop. I went into the device manager, disabled the driver, restarted, then went back into device manager and enabled and it worked immediately. Didnt have to go through bios. Good luck.

i just found a smart way to repair this problem even tough you can't connect to the internet, as long as

if your pc/laptop have Bluetooth on them.

you guys can just google "download intel wireless ac 9560 driver" and select "driverpack.io" website and choose which ever driver you guys want from YOUR PHONE (if you don't have access to any internet on your pc/laptop and just Bluetooth the file) .

after that go to device manager and select the intel wireless ac-9560 that has "code 10" and try to update your driver and than select "browse from your computer" and select the directory of your file that contain the "driver" that just update

and it will definitely solve your problem.

just do these steps and you are good to go
