I had the exact same problem on an Asus gaming laptop. I went into the device manager, disabled the driver, restarted, then went back into device manager and enabled and it worked immediately. Didnt have to go through bios. Good luck.
Windows 10 automatic update caused intel ac 9560 code 10 error
So my laptop was working fine, then suddenly the internet cut off, since then I can't connect to wifi.
I found out that there is no wifi option in the network settings.
After that, I also found out that intel wireless AC- 9560 encountered a code 10 error in device manager.
I checked windows uodupd and it said that there was an update installed today. I tried uninstalling that, and the wifi wifi is still broken.

2020-08-27T19:32:32+00:00 How I fixed this:
- Connect to the internet using an ethernet cable.
- Restart computer with ethernet cable connected and working internet connection.
- After restart, I can finally see all of the wireless WiFi connections that are available.
- Connect to desired WiFi.
- Disconnect ethernet cable, and connection should still be good.
