Absolutely, answers.microsoft.com is a place to vent frustrations when the game you paid for does not work as advertised. Then to remind you how to properly vent said frustration in accordance the code of content. Not to actually present the solution to the problem because we do not really know what to do. So just continue the play the game and hope the problem will self correct until a new game becomes more interesting. At which point you stop playing this one and repeat the cycle on the next.
